About your job
We’re looking for someone with who has worked in a small/medium-sized accounting practice with experience in accounts preparation. You’ll be managing an exceptional team of ten, in accounts preparation and bookkeeping, working with a diverse portfolio of SME and large clients.

The duties will include:

  • Review of accounts files prior to partner review
  • Supervision of the accounts & bookkeeping team
  • Delivery of internal training
  • Managing the accounts department workflow, deliverables and billings
  • Identify and market additional service offerings to existing clients.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team are working to deadlines and within budget on each assignment.

This role is office-based, on Main Street in Swords, but we are fully Covid-19 compliant and support flexible working, with hours ranging from 7.30 am – 4 pm through 9.30 am – 6 pm.
